New Feature Launch – Super Match
We’re excited to announce the launch of a brand new feature available to all users across the HubPeople platform—Super Match. This feature lets users boost their profile visibility and unlock extra messaging options to spark more connections. Here’s an overview of Super Match, how it works, and what it means for both dating users and our partners.
Super Match Balances
Super Match allows users to stand out and connect faster. Users can now track their Super Match balance directly from the navigation menu. Non-paying users will see both the existing “Upgrade” button and a new “Super Matches” button, while VIP users will only see the “Super Matches” button.
Clicking the “Super Matches” button opens an interactive popup with details on Super Matches and options to purchase additional matches, helping users make the most of this visibility-boosting feature.
Free and Paid Options
To ensure everyone has a chance to experience Super Match, users receive complimentary matches upon registration and on an ongoing basis:
- New User Bonus: Every new user receives 1 free Super Match upon registration to start exploring the feature right away.
- Weekly Free Matches: Classic users receive 1 free Super Match weekly, while VIP users enjoy 3 Super Matches each week.
- Purchase Packages for More Matches: Users can choose to purchase additional packs in increments of 5, 10, or 20, with pricing set by currency.
For convenience, any users with stored payment details can enjoy one-click purchases for additional Super Matches or subscriptions, eliminating the need to re-enter payment information.
Super Match in Action
Here’s a scenario to illustrate how Super Match could work for a typical user. Alex, a Classic user, activates their weekly free Super Match, sending it to a profile that catches their eye. With this boost, Alex’s profile gains special visibility to that user, increasing the chance of a response. Encouraged by the results, Alex decides to purchase a pack of Super Matches and, over time, upgrades to VIP to further increase connection opportunities.
By helping users engage more actively and invest in the experience, Super Match is a valuable driver of retention and ROI for our partners. The combination of free and paid Super Match options motivates Classic users to try out enhanced visibility tools, often leading to upgrades to VIP, which directly supports our platform’s growth and partner revenue.
